At the Dero Construction, we are committed to keeping the personal information of our visitors accurate, confidential, secure and private. The terms “we,”, “us”, or “our,” refer to the Dero Construction. headquartered in Chilliwack B.C. Canada.

Our web site is maintained in Canada. By using this web site, you authorize the export of any personally identifiable information you submit to us, as well as the non-personal information collected by this Site, to Canada, and its storage and use as specified in this policy.

We are accountable for the protection of all personal information within the organization’s possession or control, including any personal information that has been transferred to a third party for regulatory, legal or processing purposes. The Company will require a comparable level of protection of this information from its third party relations.


We shall designate one or more persons who are accountable for compliance with the following principles and who shall have overall responsibility for our protection of personal information and for the Company’s compliance with this Privacy Policy.


Information Collection and Use

We collect information that you provide us directly or automatically when you use our Site. Personal information will be collected by the Company using procedures which are fair, transparent and lawful. We may use the information for purposes such as to: provide the Site’s functionality, improve the Site’s quality, personalize your experience, track usage of the Site, provide feedback to businesses and professionals whose products or services are listed on the Site, display relevant advertising, evaluate the success of our advertising, provide customer support, message you (in ways described by this privacy policy and managed by you in your account settings), back up our systems and allow for disaster recovery, enhance the security of the Site, fulfill transactions authorized by you on the Site, and comply with legal obligations.

We gather aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our Site. This information allows us to better tailor our content to our customers’ needs and to better understand the demographics of our audience. We track user traffic patterns throughout our web site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users.

We do not rent or sell your personal contact information (such as your email address) to third-parties to use for their own marketing purposes. We never share information about specific individuals with any third party. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our web site users like and don’t like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will use all reasonable efforts to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.



We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or via mobile device, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure – so we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our latest privacy policy (along with the date on which it was last revised) will be posted on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
